Information you submit in our forms (name, business name, email, phone if provided, region, tour type, website, and your message), plus basic analytics data (pages visited, device, approximate location, referral source) if analytics is enabled.
3. How we use it
To prepare your diagnostic, contact you about it, and improve the site. We do not sell or share your personal information.
4. Sharing
We share information only with service providers that host our site, database, email and analytics, under their own privacy terms, or when required by law.
5. Cookies & analytics
We use Google Analytics 4, which sets cookies, to understand how visitors use the site. You can opt out at https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout or block cookies in your browser. If we run Meta ads, we may also use the Meta Pixel to measure ad performance.
6. Scheduling
We use Calendly for booking calls. Calendly's privacy policy applies to bookings made through it.
7. Data retention
We keep form submissions for up to 24 months, then delete them. Ask us at hello@waypointmarketing.io to delete yours sooner.

You can ask us at hello@waypointmarketing.io for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it, and we will honor the request. We do not sell or share your personal information. California and other state residents may have additional rights, which we honor.

We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information. No method is 100% secure.

This site is not directed to children under 13.
